Tato práce se zabývá problematikou práv budoucích generací jakožto konceptu ochrany životního prostředí. Jde o téma, které prozatím v rámci české odborné literatury nebylo příliš zpracováno. Zároveň je to téma velmi aktuální, s ohledem na zájem mezinárodního společenství o zajištění udržitelného životního prostředí. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problematics of future generation’s rights as a concept of environmental protection. The topic was not given much attention in the czech literature. It is also very actual topic, because of the interest of international community in providing sustainable environment. The aim of this thesis is to provide an analysis of this concept and also of its application in practice.
