Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá managementem znalostí, který je v současné době rozvíjející se manažerskou disciplínou. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoreticko-metodologickou a část praktickou. V teoreticko-metodologické části je v teoretické rovině popsán pojem management znalostí, data, informace a znalosti. Vysvětlen je zde také proces konverze znalostí. V dalších kapitolách pokračuje charakteristika intelektuálního kapitálu, znalostního pracovníka a trhu znalostí. V praktické části je popsána hlavní činnost konkrétní organizace a také popis jednotlivých oddělení v organizaci. Dále jsou v praktické části analyzovány výsledky výzkumu, ke kterému byla použita metoda dotazníku. Poté jsou zde navržena doporučení pro organizaci, která by mohla zlepšit její výkonnost.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the knowledge management, which is currently a fast developing management discipline. The thesis is divided into two sections, the theory and methodology and the practical one. The theory and methodology section describes on a theoretical level the term knowledge management, data, information and knowledge. The process of the knowledge conversion is also explained here. The following chapters continue to characterize the intellectual capital, knowledge employee and the knowledge market. The practical part describes the core activities of a specific organization and the individual departments in the organization. The practical part then analyzes the results of the research using a questionnaire method. Then, it follows with proposed recommendations for the organization to improve its performance.
