Abstract:

BASTLOVÁ, V. Kontrolní mechanismy v účetnictví a jejich využití při ověřování účetní závěrky auditorem. Brno, 2020.Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem a analýzou vnitřního kontrolního systému z hlediska účetnictví a statutárního auditu. V teoretické části je popsán systém podvojného účetnictví a dodržování účetních zásad a principů při jeho vedení. Následně je vymezena účetní závěrka včetně jejích složek. V závěru teoretické části je definován vnitřní kontrolní systém, který je rozebrán z pohledu účetní jednotky a z pohledu externího auditora.V praktické části je provedena analýza vnitřních kontrolních systémů ve vybrané účetní jednotce a posouzena jejich kvalita vzhledem k potřebám účetní jed-notky i potřebám externího auditora.Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení stavu vnitřních kontrolních systémů a navržení vhodných doporučení pro jejich zkvalitnění.

Abstract:

BASTLOVÁ, V. Control mechanisms in accounting and their use in auditing of the final accounts by an auditor. Brno, 2020.The bachelor thesis deals with the importance and analysis of internal control system in terms of accounting and statutory audit. The theoretical part describes the system of double-entry accounting and compliance with accounting principles and principles in its management. Subsequently, the financial statements including their components are defined. At the end of the theoretical part is defined internal control system, which is analyzed from the perspective of the entity and the external auditor.The practical part analyzes internal control systems in the selected entity and assesses their quality with respect to the needs of the accounting unit and the needs of the external auditor.The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the state of internal control systems and to suggest suitable recommendations for their improvement.
