Abstract:
Cílem této práce je studium principů společenské odpovědnosti podniků v oblasti cestovního ruchu a stanovení úrovně společenské odpovědnosti vybraných ruských hotelů v Moskvě a Petrohradě.Proveden výzkum, který bude uskutečněn prostřednictvím komunikace s HR manažery.Na základě získané informace budou poskytnutá doporučení.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to study the principles of CSR in the field of tourism and determine the level of social responsibility of selected Russian hotels in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Research will be conducted through communication with HR managers.
