Cílem této práce je zjistit, nakolik je případ kartelové dohody společností České dráhy, Rail Cargo Austria AG a AWT Čechofracht na projektu v nákladní dopravě Italia Express obvyklý v daném a v příbuzných odvětvích. The aim of this work is to find out if the cartel agreement between České dráhy, Rail Cargo Austria AG a AWT Čechofracht on the project in freight transport Italia Express is common in the given and related industries.
