Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování autorských publicistických rozhovorů pro společenský týdeník Instinkt. Společným tématem vytvořených textů jsou nápady a příběhy lidí, kteří se rozhodli ke kávě přistoupit z méně tradičního a stále menšinového úhlu pohledu.
