Inclusion of children with special educational needs into the education system in terms of framing theory

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá inkluzivním vzděláváním dětí se speciálně vzdělávacími potřebami z hlediska teorie rámců. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem rámují zainteresovaní aktéři inkluzi dětí se speciálně vzdělávacími potřebami a díky tomu porozumět současnému způsobu implementace. Práce je zaměřena na případovou studii navazující na analýzu rámců. Analýza rámců byla provedena pomocí studia médií a stenoprotokolů. Analýza pomohla identifikovat nejvýraznější aktéry, kteří vystupují na poli inkluzivního vzdělávání a určila tak rozdílné rétorické rámce, které sponzoři rámce prezentují na základě argumentů. Poslední část práce je věnována klíčovým argumentům sponzorů rámců, kteří mají jistý vliv na problematiku implementace inkluzivního vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the inclusive education of children with special educational needs in terms of the theory of frameworks. The aim of the work is to find out how the stakeholders frame the inclusion of children with special educational needs and thus understand the current method of implementation. The diploma thesis is focused on a case study following the analysis of frameworks. The analysis of the frameworks was performed by studying the media and wall protocols. The analysis helped to identify the most prominent participant in the field of inclusive education and thus identified the different rhetorical frameworks that the sponsors of the framework present on the basis of arguments. The last part of the work is devoted to the key arguments of the sponsors of the frameworks, who have a certain influence on the issue of implementation of inclusive education.
