Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem "Informační mapa péče pro ženu s novorozencem na fototerapii" je prací teoreticko - průzkumnou. Teoretická část práce je věnována úvodu do problematiky hyperbilirubinemie a péči porodní asistentky o novorozence na fototerapii. Součástí je také kapitola o edukaci, jelikož informační mapa péče je formou edukačního materiálu. Průzkumná část se zabývá výsledky dotazníkového šetření týkající se informovanosti matek o poskytované péči novorozenci během fototerapie a tvorbou návrhu informační mapy péče. V teoretické části práce je podrobněji zpracované téma hyperbilirubinemie u novorozence, především známé typy hyperbilirubinémií a příčiny jejich vzniku. Dále možné rizikové faktory, které mohou vést ke zvýšeným hodnotám bilirubinu v krvi novorozence a v neposlední řadě se bakalářská práce bude zabývat léčbou těchto stavů a také důležitou rolí porodní asistentky při péči o novorozence na fototerapii. Praktická část práce obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, které má za cíl zjistit, v jaké míře jsou ženy informované o poskytované péči jejich novorozenci během fototerapie. V této části je nejdříve popsána metodika výzkumu a dále jsou zpracovány získané výsledky z dotazníků včetně tabulek a grafů. Následně byl vytvořen návrh informační mapy péče pro ženy s novorozencem na fototerapii, ve kterém byla snaha zahrnout nejdůležitější aspekty poskytované péče tak, aby byly ženy dostatečně edukované a snížily se tak i jejich obavy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis with its title " Information Map of Care for a Woman with Her Newborn Undergoing Phototherapy" has both theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the introduction to the issue of hyperbilirubinemia and the care of a midwife for a newborn to phototherapy. It also includes a chapter on education, as the information map of care is a form of educational material. The exploratory part deals with the results of a questionnaire survey concerning the mothers' awareness of the care, provided to newborns during phototherapy and the creation of a care information map. The topic of hyperbilirubinemia in newborns is detailed in the theoretical part of the thesis, particularly known types of hyperbilirubinemia and causes of their origin. Furthermore, possible risk factors that may lead to increased bilirubin levels in the newborn's blood. This bachelor thesis will deal with the treatment of these conditions and also an important role of midwife in the care of newborns for phototherapy. The practical part of the work contains a questionnaire, which aims to find out to what extent women are informed about the care provided to their newborns during phototherapy. In this part, the research methodology is described first and the results obtained from the questionnaires including tables and graphs are processed. Subsequently, a plan of an information map of care for women with newborns in phototherapy was created, in which the most important aspects of the care provided were attempted so that women were sufficiently educated and their concerns were reduced.
