Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY. Cílem je posoudit vzdělávací systém ve vybrané organizaci XY a identifikovat jeho silné a slabé stránky. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v návrhu opatření, jejichž realizace povede ke zlepšení tohoto systému. Dílčím cílem je shrnutí teoretických východisek. This bachelor thesis focuses on the training and development of employees in company XY. The aim is to assess the training system in the selected organization XY and identify its strengths and weaknesses.
