Diplomová práce se zabývá nápravou kontaminace životního prostředí při platební neschopnosti znečišťovatelů. Obsahuje úvod do nápravných opatření v oblasti půdy a vod a jejich následné vymáhání, když znečišťovatel nemá na uloženou nápravu dostatek finančních prostředků. The diploma thesis focuses on polluters insolvency and its impact on environmental remedy. The beginning of the diploma thesis is subject to introduction and remedial measures in the protection of soil and water and the subsequent enforcement in case the polluter does not have sufficient financial resources.
