Předmětem diplomové práce “Finanční analýza a ocenění vybraného podniku“ je analýza finančního zdraví vybraného podniku a určení jeho hodnoty k 31. 12. 2017. První a druhá část práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení finanční analýzy a oceňování podniků. Třetí a čtvrtá část práce se zabývá aplikací těchto poznatků na vybraný podnik.
