Information support for reverse logistics
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis: “Information Assurance in Reverse Logistics” is to analyze the current information assurance of reverse logistics in the company HYZA a.s. The main focus areas will deal with reclamation and returnable containers. In the practical part of the thesis I will try to find the bottleneck and to propose solutions which may lead to improvement of current situation.
Abstract:
Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Informační zabezpečení zpětných toků v logistice“ je rozbor súčasného informačného zabezpečenia spätných tokov v spoločnosti HYZA a.s. Hlavnými skúmanými oblasťami budú reklamácie a problematika vratných obalov. V praktickej časti sa pokúsim nájsť najslabšie miesta a zároveň navrhnúť riešenia, ktoré by mohli viesť k zlepšeniu súčasnej situácie.
