Speech therapy for pupil with communication disorders and syndrome of hyperactivity

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat problematiku logopedické intervence u osob s hyperkinetickým syndromem na základě studia konkrétního žáka. Zjistit, k jakým změnám úrovně komunikační schopnosti došlo v rámci logopedické intervence a jaká specifika obnáší práce s těmito žáky. Bakalářská práce je tvořena částí teoretickou a výzkumnou. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. Teoretická část je obsažena v prvních dvou kapitolách a výzkumná část je obsažena v kapitole třetí. V první kapitole byl popsán vývoj žáka na 1. stupni ZŠ, narušená komunikační schopnost a logopedická intervence u žáků ZŠ. Druhá kapitola se zabývá syndromem ADHD, a to historií, terminologií, symptomatologií, etiologií, diagnostikou a léčbou. Ve třetí kapitole byl popsán vlastní výzkum. Výzkumná část byla zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Mezi použité techniky patřilo aktivní pozorování, polostandardizovaný rozhovor a analýza dokumentů. Zde se zabývám metodologií, charakteristikou zařízení, ve kterém se šetření konalo, charakteristikou výzkumného vzorku a závěry šetření. Mimo jiné je zde popsán i průběh výuky, kterého se dívka účastnila.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to analyze the issue of speech therapy for people with syndrome of hyperactivity based on the study of a particular pupil. It means to find out what modifications of the level of communication skills occurred during the speech therapy and the specifics of working with these pupils. The bachelor’s thesis consists of the theoretical part and research. The work is divided into three chapters. The theoretical part is contained in the first two chapters and research part is contained in the third chapter. The first chapter describes pupil’s development in the first primary school, communication disorders and speech therapy for primary school pupils. The second chapter deals with history, terminology, symptoms, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of ADHD. In the third chapter is described the research. The research was qualitative. Applied research technique was the active observation, semi-structured interview and documents analysis. This part is focused on methodology, characteristics of the institution in which the investigation was taken, the characteristics of the research sample and the findings of research. There is also described the course of tuition which was the girl involved in.
