Tato magisterská diplomová práce je věnována problematice vzájemného učení na pracovišti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. This master‘s thesis is devoted to issues of mutual learning in the workplace. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and empirical.
