Abstract:
Práce se zabývá speciálním správním řízením - územním řízením. Jedná se o součást systému nástrojů územního plánování a takto je zde toto řízení prezentováno. Nezanedbatelnou oblastí územním řízením ovlivněnou je ochrana životního prostředí, které je věnována samostatná část. Konečně jsou v práci rozebrány alternativy, jimiž je možné územní řízení nahradit.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with specific administrative procedure - planning proceeding, which is an important instrument of town and country planning. Planning proceeding plays significant role in environmental protection therefore it has been payed closer attention to. Last but not least this thesis deals with alternatives capable of substituting the planning proceeding.
