Stakeholder Analysis of Ice-Hockey Club

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je detailní analýza stakeholderů vybraných hokejových klubů ze tří různých soutěží v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola poskytuje různé definice pojmu stakeholder. Druhá uvádí skupiny stakeholderů, které má teoreticky hokejový klub. Třetí kapitola popisuje rozdělení stakeholderů podle kritérií moci, oprávněnosti a naléhavosti. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá komunikací se stakeholdery. Pátá kapitola uvádí metodologii bakalářské práce. V poslední kapitole je teorie aplikována prakticky v analýze stakeholderů konkrétních klubů.

Abstract:

Objective of this bachelor thesis is a detailed analysis of stakeholders of selected ice hockey clubs from various leagues in the Czech Republic. The text is divided in six chapters. The first chapter provides several definitions of the stakeholder. The second chapter deals with particular groups of stakeholders an ice hockey club theoretically has. The third chapter describes a distribution of stakeholders based on the criteria of power, legitimacy and urgency. The fourth chapter deals with communication toward the stakeholders. The fifth concerns methodology used in the thesis. In the last chapter, the theory is applied in practice within an analysis of stakeholders of particular ice hockey clubs.
