Abstract:

Název: Fyzioterapie u pacientů po CMP Úvod: Cévní mozková příhoda je jednou ze stále se vyskytujících nemoci, je častou a někdy i vedoucí příčinou funkčních poruch ve všech oblastech života. Rehabilitace po CMP je nezbytná, vyžaduje kompletní přístup s využitím rozmanitých metod, technik a konceptů s pokračováním v aktualizaci plánů terapii a aplikaci nových přístupu. Cíl: Přispět k řešení problematiky výběru vhodných fyzioterapeutických metod, postupů a konceptů, které lze využít u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Metodika: V této práci je popsána fyzioterapeutická intervence u pacientky po iktu. Odebrala jsem anamnézu, provedla vstupní kineziologický rozbor a neurologické vyšetření. Na základě nalezených patologii byl navržen krátkodobý plán terapii, provedení společné terapii podle něho trvalo 2 týdne a obsahovalo 9 návštěv. Při cvičení byly využité techniky PNF, TMT, metoda dle Kenny a cvičení dle Frenkela, důrazem terapii byla vertikalizace a znovunaučení chůze. Po skončení popsané práce s pacientkou jsem provedla výstupní vyšetření včetně kineziologického rozboru a neurologického vyšetřeni, a dle něho navrhla dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Výsledky: Vlivem terapii došlo ke zlepšení mobility pacientky a držení těla; stala se stabilnější v sedě a ve stoje. Koordinace pohybu na pravé stráně se zlepšila, odchylky na začátku chůze s oporou byly kompenzované. Došlo ke zvýšení sily mimických svalů na pravé straně obličeje. Závěr: Pacientka dosáhla planováného pokroku ve svém stavu, který byl viditelný i přes krátkou dobu sledování terapii.

Abstract:

Title: Physiotherapy in patients after stroke Topic: Stroke is one of the still occurring diseases, it is a common and sometimes leading cause of functional disorders in all areas of life. Rehabilitation after stroke is indispensable, it requires a complete approach using a variety of methods, techniques and concepts with the continuous update of therapy plans and the application of new approaches. Objective: To contribute to solving the problems of selecting appropriate physiotherapeutic methods, procedures and concepts that can be used in patients after a stroke. Methodology: In this work was described a physiotherapeutic intervention in a patient after a stroke. I took a medical history, performed an initial kinesiological analysis and neurological examination. Based on the found pathologies, a short-term therapy plan was designed; the implementation of joint therapy took 2 weeks and included 9 visits. In therapy were used PNF techniques, soft tissues techniques, Kenny method, Frenkel exercises, with emphasis on verticalization and re-learning to walk. After finishing the described work with the patient, I performed the final examination, including kinesiological analysis and neurological examination, and, according to it, I designed a long-term physiotherapy plan. Results: Therapy contributed to the patient's mobility and improved her posture; she became more stable in sitting and standing positions. Coordination of movement on the right side improved, the initial deviations present at first attempts at walking with support were compensated. There was an increase in the strength of the mimic muscles on the right side of the face. Conclusion: Patient had planned progress in her state and functions that was visible despite the short time of described therapy.
