Bakalářská práce se zabývá přístupem českých podniků k interní oblasti CSR. V teoretické části je nejdříve nastíněn historický vývoj a klíčové oblasti tohoto konceptu a následně jsou představeny hlavní aktivity využívané podnikatelskými subjekty k vytvoření efektivního vztahu se svými zaměstnanci. The thesis is based on the access of Czech companies to internal dimension of CSR. In the theoretical section is mainly focused to the historical evolution and key areas of this concept. Then presents the main activities used by businesses to establish an effective relationship with its employees.
