Tax impact of wage policy in the Czech Republic and Slovac Republic on the selected company

This bachelor thesis deals with issues of wage policy in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The aim of the thesis is to determine the differences between Czech and Slovak wage policy and to evaluate how these different policies may affect the company's wage policy, the employers’ costs and tax burden of employees in selected company. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou mzdovej politiky v podmienkach Českej a Slovenskej republiky. Cieľom práce je na základe komparácie legislatívnej úpravy platnej pre Českú a Slovenskú republiku stanoviť rozdiely a zhodnotiť, ako môžu rozdielne prístupy ovplyvniť mzdovú politiku firmy, náklady zamestnávateľa a daňové zaťaženie zamestnanca vo vybranej firme.
