Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat současnou interní komunikaci ve zvolené společnosti a přinést návrhy pro případná zlepšení komunikace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, definován popis interní komunikace, její charakteristika a cíle, využívané formy a nástroje, dále fungující a nefungující vnitrofiremní komunikace.
