Na všechny podniky působí změny. Ty mohou být pozitivní, jenže ve většině případů se jedná o skutečnosti nepříznivě ovlivňující vývoj těch firem, které nemají dobře rozvinutý imunitní systém. Cílem této práce je zamyslet se nad imunitním systémem stavební společnosti XY, a.s., zda je schopná rozpoznat signály ohlašující změnu, na ty pak vhodně zareagovat, a navrhnout jí řešení, aby jimi nebyla zaskočena …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to think about the immune system of the construction company XY, a.s., its ability to detect signals of change, respond to them appropriately and propose a solution for this company will not to be surprised by changes.
