Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma „Ochrana osobnosti – normy a limity jejich aplikace“ poskytuje nástin současné právní úpravy ochrany osobnosti, a to i z historického hlediska. Soustřeďuje se mj. na omezení, která vyvstávají při aplikaci norem ochrany osobnosti. Velkým tématem této práce je užití kamerových systémů.
Abstract:
The thesis called “Protection of the Person – the Norms and the Limits of their Application“ provides o summary of the present Czech regulation of protection of the person and its historical background. Also deals with restrictions, that are connected with. There are one burning topic discussed - Closed Circuit Television system.
