Táto práca sa venuje otázkam vzniku a financovaniu politických strán v Slovenskej republike. Práca je rozdelená do piatich kapitol. Prvá kapitola definuje pojem politickej strany. Cieľom kapitoly druhej je rozobrať vznik politickej strany. Ďalšie dve kapitoly sú o financovaní politických strán v Slovenskej republike a komparácia s právnou úpravou Českej republiky.
