The Analysis of the selected Standards of Quality of the social Services inside in social Care for homebound elderly in the Region of Jesenicko

Abstract:

Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zmapovat změny, jaké přinesl zákon č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, ve znění pozdějších předpisů do praxe v zařízeních domovů pro seniory. A to z pohledu poskytovatele pobytových sociálních služeb v regionu Jesenicko. Byl posuzován soulad s hlavními zásadami zákona. Vzhledem k tomu, že hlavní výzkumná otázka souvisí s následujícími pojmy - sociální služba, standardy kvality sociálních služeb, stáří, péče o seniory, komunitní plánování sociálních služeb, vymezuji tyto pojmy v teoretické části. Součástí teoretické části je také charakteristika regionu Jesenicko. V metodologické části práce vysvětluji hlavní cíle výzkumu a zdůvodňuji postupy výzkumu. V poslední části práce interpretuji zjištěné údaje a na jejich základě odpovídám na hlavní výzkumnou otázku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis was prepar with the goal of mapping the changes brought by the Law on Social Services, no. 108/2006 Coll, in a facility for the elderly people. It was developed from the prospective of the providers of accommodation social services of senior home in the Region of Jesenicko. Compliance with the mein rules of the lew was considered. Regarding the fact that the main issue of the thesis is connected with the following terms - cocial services, standards of quality of social services, old age, care of senior citizens, community planning of social services - these terms are defined in the theoretical part too. The last partition of theoretic part is also charakterisctics of th region Jesenicko. In the methodic part of the thesis I explain the main objectives of the research and I substantiate research proces. In the last part of the thesis dischovered data are interpreted and on the basis of those I answer the main research question.
