Competitors in the Economic Competition
Abstract:
Práce „Soutěžitelé v hospodářské soutěži“ se zaměřuje na regulaci hospodářské soutěže z pohledu obchodního zákoníku a zákona o ochraně hospodářské soutěže, upozorňující i na úpravu vycházející z práva ES. Je popsána nekalá soutěž dle obchodního zákoníku a práce staví problematiku regulace hospodářské soutěže ve vztahu ke zneužití dominantního postavení do širších ekonomických souvislostí.

The thesis „Competitors in the Economic Competition“ focuses on economic competition regulation considering the view of the commercial code and the law on the protection of economic competition, giving a notice to law of ES.
