The return of a child from the institutional care back to the family environment in socially excluded locality

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu faktorů, které ovlivnily odebrání dětí z rodiny a na faktory, které umožnily jejich návrat zpět do péče matky. Je zde stručně popsána sociálně vyloučená lokalita a rizika v životě jedinců, žijící v těchto lokalitách. Základní myšlenkou této práce je poukázat na problematiku rodin žijících v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách, ale i poukázat na tzv. příklad dobré praxe", kdy matka dětí, které byly umístěny do zařízení vyžadující okamžitou pomoc - Klokánku, byla schopna si zajistit opět takové podmínky, které by nenarušovaly řádný vývoj nezletilých dětí. Autor v této práci analyzuje získaná data z rozhovorů s několika respondenty. V práci se zaměřuje převážně na faktory, které umožnily návrat dětí zpět do péče matky. K realizaci cíle této práce, využívá autor metodu kvalitativního výzkumu případovou studii.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis both of the factors influencing a child removal from home and of the factors allowing the return of child to the care of mother. The socially excluded localities and the risks upon individuals living in those localities are shortly described herein. The core of this thesis is to point out the problematic of families living in the socially excluded localities and to point out so called "good practice", in which the mother of those children placed to the institute providing the instant help "Klokanek", was able to reinsure such conditions, which would not negatively affect the further development of minor children. Author of this thesis analyses obtained data from the interviews done with several respondents. Author focuses mainly on factors that allowed the return of child to the care of mother. For achieving the goal of this thesis the method of quantitative research case study is being used.
