Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnotu pro klienta bank. V teoretické části se věnuji nejprve obecným faktům o podnikání bank a dále také konceptům, kterými je řízena tvorba hodnoty v bankách. Klient je určujícím faktorem, který tvoří hodnotu banky, proto je pokračování teoretické části zaměřené právě na něj a na hodnotu pro zákazníka. This thesis is focused on value for bank customers. In the theoretical part first general facts about the business of banks and also the concepts, which is controlled by the value creation in banks. The client is the determining factor, which is the value of the bank, so it is a continuation of the theoretical part focused on just him and the value to the customer.
