Proposal of Recommendations to Improve Community Energy in the Village Srbce

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komplexní analýzu a formulaci doporučení pro optimalizaci a případné zavedení komunitní energetiky v obci Srbce. Autor v teoretické části systematicky rozebírá energetický sektor s důrazem na rozlišení mezi běžně používanými neobnovitelnými a dostupnými obnovitelnými zdroji energie. Jsou nastíněny úskalí těchto zdrojů, ale i jejich potenciál čekající na maximální využití. Teoretická část dále zahrnuje legislativní a institucionální rámec na území České republiky ovlivňující oblast energetiky. Praktická část práce je zahájena analýzou dobrých praxí. Tyto příklady nejsou nikterak omezeny na území kraje, naopak jsou zanalyzovány napříč Českou republikou díky specifickým podmínkám a různorodosti projektů. Následuje strukturální charakteristika sledované obce, kde je zahrnuta analýza sociodemografických a klimatických podmínek, spolu se stávajícím stavem komunitní energetiky. Cílem práce, na základě zkušeností a přínosu dobrých praxí, je představit sérii doporučení, které vycházejí z identifikovaného potenciálu pro využití komunitní energetiky v obci a mohou tak přispět k efektivnímu rozvoji čistě získané energie prostřednictvím obnovitelných zdrojů energie na lokální úrovni.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on a comprehensive analysis and formulation of recommendations for optimizing and potentially implementing community energy in the village of Srbce. In the theoretical part, the author systematically analyzes the energy sector with an emphasis on distinguishing between commonly used non-renewable and available renewable energy sources. The challenges of these sources are outlined, as well as their potential awaiting maximum utilization. The theoretical part also includes the legislative and institutional framework in the Czech Republic influencing the energy sector. The practical part of the thesis begins with an analysis of best practices. These examples are not limited to the region but are analyzed across the Czech Republic due to specific conditions and the diversity of projects. This is followed by a structural characteristic of the observed village, including an analysis of socio-demographic and climatic conditions, along with the current state of community energy. The aim of the thesis, based on the experiences and contributions of best practices, is to present a series of recommendations derived from the identified potential for the use of community energy in the village, thereby contributing to the effective development of clean energy obtained through renewable energy sources at the local level.
