Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá franchisingovým podnikáním. První část teoreticky vymezuje základní pojmy franchisingu, náležitosti franchisové smlouvy a jeho výhody a nevýhody. This thesis is concerned with franchising. First part describes theoretically basic terms of franchising, requirements of franchise contract, pro and cons of franchising.
