Abstract:
Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zmapovat situaci v oblasti zajišťování kvalifikovaných pracovníků v odvětví stavebnictví a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu. Nejprve charakterizuje povahu kvalifikovaných pracovních sil v tomto odvětví a následně zkoumá metody a formy jejich zajišťování z pohledu malých a středních podniků.
