Tématem mé bakalářské práce je management pohledávek. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část, teoreticko – metodologická, popisuje obecnou charakteristiku pohledávek. Jejich vznik, řízení, prevenci vzniku a různé formy vymáhání. Druhá část, aplikačně – praktická, je případová studie pro vybranou energetickou společnost. The theme of this Bachelor´s paper is Management of claims. There are two parts in this Bachelor´s paper. The first part is theory and methodology and describes general characteristics of claims.
