Práce se zabývá Listinou základních práv a svobod a především právními normami, do kterých se listina promítá. V práci jsou aplikovány články listiny do jednotlivých paragrafů právních norem a ty jsou pak detailněji rozebírány. Nechybí zde ani příklady porušování či dodržování listiny v praxi. Abstract:
The work deals with a Declaration of Basic Rights and Freedoms and at first of all legal rules into which is Declaration put on. The clauses of Declaration are applied into particular paragraphs of legal rules and these are analyzing into details in this work.
