Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením obchodu v konkrétní stavební společnosti. Úvodní teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné principy řízení obchodu v malých a středních firmách a s tím úzce související , nebo pod řízení obchodu spadající činnosti, jako je marketing, controlling, forecasty a podobně. Dále teoretická část definuje opakující se chyby při řízení obchodu a obecná řešení, jež vedou ke zvýšení výkonnosti podniku. V praktické části je analyzován stav uvedené firmy, označeny příčiny současného stavu. Následně jsou výsledky teoretických rozborů použity jako základ pro návrh opatření ke zlepšení řízení obchodu firmy. Především je vytyčena strategie firmy, stanoveno, jakým směrem se bude firma dlouhodobě ubírat. Další části se zaměřují na rozpracování souboru navrhovaných opatření a postup jejich aplikace ve firmě. Výsledkem diplomové práce je celkový návod na zlepšení ekonomiky této stavební společnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the business management in concrete construction company. The theoretical part is focused on general principles of business management in small and medium-sized companies and is closely related to, or under the control of trade covered activities such as marketing, controlling, forecasting and so on. Further theoretical part defines recurring errors in business management and general solutions that lead to better business performance. The practical part analyzes the state of company, identified causes of the current situation. The results of theoretical analyzes are then used as a basis for measures to improve the business management of the company. In particular, it outlines the company's strategy, determines the direction the company will take in the long-term. Other parts focus on the developing the package of proposed measures and the procedure for their application in the company. The result of this thesis is the general guide on improving the economy of the construction company.
