Abstract:
Práce se zabývá pracovní mobilitou v období mladé dospělosti. Toto období je charakteristické změnami, které v něm probíhají. Je typické impulzivitou a hledáním. Mladí lidé často střídají zaměstnání, tato změna je označována pracovní mobilitou. Na pracovní mobilitu lze pohlížet ze dvou stran. Z pohledu zaměstnance a z pohledu zaměstnavatele. The master thesis deals with labor mobility in young adulthood. This period is characterized by changes, which are taking place there. It is typical for impulsivity and searching. Young people often change employment; this change is marked as labor mobility. The labor mobility can be seen from two sides - from the perspective of employee and perspective of employer.
