Bakalářská práce se zabývá zeštíhlením logistického řetězce ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je najít optimální řešení pro odstranění slabých míst a plýtvání v řetězci, a tím dosáhnout štíhlého a efektivního toku zboží za pomoci moderních postupů a technologií. Bachelor thesis deals with waste reduction in logistic chain of selected company. Target is to find optimal solution for elimination of bottlenecks and waste in logistic part of supply chain and by that achieving lean and effective flow of goods, with help of modern procedures and technologies.
