Abstract:

Anotace Diplomová práce „Návrhy komunikace a spolupráce mezi Divadelní fakultou JAMU a jejími absolventy“ pojednává všeobecně o důležitosti udržování vazeb mezi bývalými studenty a jejich vystudovanou alma mater. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První je teoretická, popisující vnitřní prostředí Divadelní fakulty, jednotlivé ateliéry, profil absolventa a zabývající se také dlouhodobými záměry Janáčkovy akademie múzických umění v Brně i Divadelní fakulty ve vztahu s danou problematikou. Druhá část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu, kde jsou formou rozhovorů s vedoucími pedagogy ateliérů, tajemníkem a děkanem Divadelní fakulty rozebírány otázky, které mapují současnou podobu kooperace s absolventy a tendence dalšího vývoje. Poslední část práce shrnuje zjištěná data, definuje základní oblasti možného budoucího rozvoje kooperace a nabízí konkrétní strukturovaný postup, jak přispět k dosavadním, převážně nesystematizovaným formám komunikace a spolupráce, aby mohla být vazba mezi oběma stranami udržována dlouhodobě a odpovídala potřebám zainteresovaných subjektů. Abstract:

Annotation Diploma thesis The Proposals of Communication and Cooperation Between the Theatre Faculty of JAMU and Its Graduates deals with the importance of keeping in touch between the graduates and their alma mater. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first is the theoretical one that describes the structure of the Theatre Faculty, its departments, the graduate profile and also analyses the related parts of the university strategy for the period 2011 – 2015. The second part of the thesis provides findings of the qualitative research, which has been realized in the form of semi-controlled interviews. These interviews were conducted with the heads of the departments, the Secretary General and the Dean of the Theatre Faculty. The questions were focused on the present forms of the cooperation with the graduates and possible future trends. The last part summarizes the research data from previous chapters, defines possible ways how to intensify the cooperation in the future and offers the concrete structured concept describing how to improve the existing forms of communication and cooperation. Current forms are mostly unsystematic and suitable only for specific purposes, whereas the aim of the concept and thesis itself is to create the connection between the Theatre Faculty and their graduates on a long-term basis and according to the needs of all the participating subjects.
