Coaching as a tool for development

Abstract:

Diplomová práce představuje rozvojovou metodu koučink, a její využití při péči o lidské zdroje podniku. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy, které se s koučinkem pojí, jako jsou lidské zdroje v podniku, koučink a jeho cíle, nástroje, formy, historie a bariéry. V navazující metodické části je zdůvodněno, proč při sběru dat byly použity dvě metody, a to rozhovory při komunikaci s kouči a dotazníky při komunikaci s klienty. Pomocí rozhovorů došlo k bližšímu poznání „poskytovatelů“ koučování a koučinku samotného. Analýza dotazníkového šetření poukázala na spokojenost klientů s koučinkem, a vlastní uvědomění si užitečnosti metody pro rozvoj pracovníků v organizacích.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis presents the development method of coaching, and its use in the development of human resources of the company. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts associated with coaching, such as human resources in the company, coaching and its goals, tools, forms, history and barriers. In the following methodological part, it is described two methods that were used in data collection, namely interviews in communication with coaches and questionnaires in communication with clients. Through interviews, the "providers" of coaching and coaching itself became more familiar. The analysis of the questionnaire survey pointed out the satisfaction of clients with coaching, and their own awareness of the usefulness of the method for the development of employees in organizations.
