Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vládní návrh zákona o ochraně zdraví před škodlivými účinky návykových látek, konkrétně na dopad cenové regulace nealkoholických nápojů. Tento návrh říká, že prodejce je povinen mít v sortimentu nápojů alespoň jeden nealkoholický nápoj levnější, než nejlevnější alkoholický nápoj stejného objemu. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on a government bill of health protection against harmful effects of addictive substances, namely on the impact of price regulation of non-alcoholic beverages. This government bill says that a salesman is obliged to have in their product range of beverages at least one non-alcoholic beverage cheaper, than the cheapest alcoholic beverage of same volume.
