Tvorba povlakovacího zařízení na principu PVD

Design of Coating Device Based on PVD Principles
Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje principy povlakování tenkých vrstev. Na základě vhodného principu je zde dále popsána výroba zařízení na povlakování tenkých vrstev. V sestaveném zařízení bylo deponováno několik vrstev, které byly následně podrobeny testům a srovnány mezi sebou. Toto zařízení bylo vytvořeno z důvodu názorených ukázek povlakování ve výuce technologií povrchových úprav.
Abstract:
This report describes the principles of thin film coating. Based on a suitable principle, the production of thin film coating equipment is further described here. Several layers will be deposited in the assembled device, which will then be tested and compared with each other. This device will be used to illustrate the coating in teaching.
