Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci na téma „Řízení a provoz hotelu a jeho podpora informačním systémem“ se zabývám analýzou informační podpory managementu i výkonných zaměstnanců při řízení a provozu v hotelu General. Cílem práce je popis systému řízení hotelu na základě využití informačního systému v něm. V této práci objasňuji, jakými způsoby proudí data a informace mezi jednotlivými úseky hotelu General. Na závěr se zabývám návrhem intenzivnějšího přeškolování zaměstnanců hotelu a vylepšením části služeb ubytovacího úseku použitím interface technologii nastaveném v hotelovém IS.

Abstract:

In my Bachelor’s thesis on the theme of "Management and operation of hotel and its supporting information system" I analyze information support of management and executive employees when directing and managing in specific hotel - Hotel General. The main target of this thesis is a discription of the way of hotel's management based on the chosen information system. As well I clarify data and information flow between different departments of the Hotel General. In closing part I suggest an intensive retrain of the hotel's staff and to upgrade accommodation part using the technology set up in hotel's IS.
