The Classroom Climate of the First Years of Secondary Vocational School after Distance Learning – covid–19.

Abstract:

Rigorózní práce řeší problematiku klimatu školní třídy prvních ročníků vybrané střední školy po pandemii covid–19 ve školním roce 2021/2022. V teoretické části práce je řešeno klima školní třídy s ohledem na skupinovou dynamiku a na pedago-gickou interakci mezi učiteli a žákem. Rigorózní práce řeší klima školní třídy prvních ročníků vybrané střední školy po pandemii covid–19. Hlavním cílem teoretické části práce je popsat klima školní třídy s ohledem na fáze vývoje třídního kolektivu jako malé sociální skupiny a vlivu třídního učitele na klima školní třídy v prostředí distanční výuky. Dílčím cílem je charakteristika ma-nagementu školní třídy jako významné odborné kompetence pedagogů. Dále je dílčím cílem popsat důležitost harmonického vývoje školního kolektivu jako nejvýznamněj-ší prevence patologických jevů ve školní třídě. Samostatnou kapitolu tvoří popis distanční výuky a popis průběhu distanční vý-uky ve školním roce 2020/2021. Hlavním cílem empirické části rigorózní práce je zachytit kvalitu školního klima-tu v prvních ročnících Střední školy informatiky, poštovnictví a finančnictví v Brně z pohledu žáků. Jako respondenti byli vybráni žáci technických oborů a oborů obcho-du a služeb, u kterých ve školním roce 2020/2021 dominovala distanční výuka.

Abstract:

The rigorous thesis addresses the issue of the climate of the school class of the first years of a selected high school after the covid–19 pandemic in the school year 2021/2022. The theoretical part of the thesis addresses the climate of the school classroom with respect to group dynamics and the pedagogical interaction between teacher and student. The rigorous work addresses the climate of the school class of the first years of a selected high school after the covid–19 pandemic. The main goal of the theoretical part of the work is to describe the climate of the school class with regard to the stages of development of the class team as a small so-cial group and the influence of the class teacher on the climate of the school class in the distance learning environment. A partial goal is to characterize the management of the school class as an important professional competence of teachers. Furthermo-re, the partial goal is to describe the importance of harmonious development of the school team as the most important prevention of pathological phenomena in the classroom. A separate chapter consists of a description of distance learning and a descripti-on of the course of distance learning in the school year 2020/2021. The main goal of the empirical part of the rigorous thesis is to capture the quali-ty of the school climate in the first years of the Secondary School of Informatics, Po-stal and Finance in Brno, both from the point of view of pupils. Pupils of technical fields and trade and services were selected as respondents, for which distance lear-ning dominated in the 2020/2021 school year.
