Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu controllingových činností ve vybrané společnosti STAEG Stavby, spol. s r.o. Na základě provedené analýzy a získaných informací byl proveden návrh na zefektivnění systému controllingu ve sledované společnosti. Bakalářská práce je součástí řešení výzkumného projektu AKADEMIE STING IGA_AS_01_05 „Controlling v řízení lidských zdrojů“.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the analysis of controlling activities of the selected company STAEG Stavby, spol. s r.o. Based on the analysis and the received information was made a suggestion to streamline the controlling system in monitored company. The bachelor work is a part of research project analysis of the STING ACADEMY named IGA_AS_01_05 „Human Resources Controlling“.
