Abstract:

HÁJKOVÁ, Lucie. Edukační proces u pacienta s dentofobií. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: doc. MUDr. Lidmila Hamplová, PhD. Praha 2020. 56 stran. Bakalářská práce s názvem Edukační proces u pacienta s dentofobií si klade za cíl zdůraznit význam správné a včasné edukace v prevenci i léčbě dentofobie. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na dentofobii, její diagnostiku, možnosti léčby a prevenci, komunikaci s pacientem a samotnou edukaci. Praktická část práce zpracovaná formou edukačního procesu u pacienta s dentofobií je zaměřena na edukaci v oblasti dentální hygieny a prevence, využití zklidňujících či relaxačních metod před ošetřením a možnosti využití analgosedace v průběhu samotného ošetření. Závěrem je výstupní test, zhodnocení edukačního procesu a doporučení pro praxi, určené pro pacienty s dentofobií, všeobecné sestry a ostatní členy pracovního týmu ve stomatologických ordinacích či v soukromých sektorech dentálních klinik. Výstupním materiálem je edukační knížka, která by mohla být použita jako edukační materiál v čekárnách zubních ordinací, dentálních klinikách či nemocnicích.

Prague 2020. 56 pages. The bachelor thesis called Educational process in patient with dentophobia aims to emphasize the importance of proper and timely education in the prevention and treatment of dentophobia. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on dentophobia, its diagnosis, treatment and prevention, communication with the patient and education itself. The practical part of the work treated in the form of an educational process in a patient with dentophobia is focused on education in the field of dental hygiene and prevention, the use of soothing or relaxation methods before treatment and the possibility of using analgosedation during the treatment itself. In conclusion, there is an output test, evaluation of the educational process and recommendations for practice, intended for patients with dentophobia, general nurses and other members of the work team in dental surgeries or in private sectors of dental clinics. The output material is an educational book that could be used as educational material in waiting rooms of dental surgeries, dental clinics or hospitals.
