Abstract:
Práce se zabývá posouzením dopadu projektu národní protiraketové obrany USA na Rusko a Čínu a zkoumá, zda jejich reakce může vést k narušení strategické stability a vyvolat nové závody ve zbrojení.
Abstract:
This paper is trying to asses the impact of U.S. national ballistic missile defense on Russia and China and examines whether their reaction could disturb strategic stability and induce new round of arms race.
