Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat běžnou praxi zdravotnické firmy při dodržování ochrany v oblasti osobních a citlivých údajů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vyhledání a popsání legislativních dokumentů, které tuto oblast upravují a na vysvětlení pojmů s prací souvisejících. Aim of this thesis is to explore the common practice of medical companies in compliance with the protection of personal and sensitive data.
