Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nelékařský zdravotnický personál a na přítomnost fyzické, psychické a duševní zátěže. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na stručné definování pojmů pomáhající profese, zátěž neboli stres a na syndrom vyhoření.
Abstract:
My bachelor´s work focuses on non-doctor medical staff and on the occurance of physical, psychological and mental pressure. In the theoretical part I concentrate on brief definitions of the terms: assisting profession (helping prof.), pressure or stress and burn - out syndrome.
