Trends in a corporate catering
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním aktuálních trendů ve firemním stravování. V práci jsou popsány celkem tři odlišné společnosti a následně jsou analyzovány a vzájemně komparovány způsoby firemního stravování v těchto společnostech. Informace potřebné pro analýzu a komparaci jsou získávány prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with monitoring current trends in corporate catering. The work describes a total of three different companies and then analyzes and compares the ways of corporate catering in these companies. The information needed for analysis and comparison is obtained through semi-structured interviews.
