Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je navržení inovace v konkrétním podniku – v tomto případě v Azylovém domě pro ženy a matky s dětmi v Opavě. Cílem práce je především doporučit, kam by měl následný vývoj v oblasti inovací v tomto podniku směřovat. Výzkum byl prováděn formou dotazníkového šetření mezi samotnými uživateli služby. This bachelor work topic is to design inovation in the specific company – in this case it is the „Shelter house for womens and mothers with children in Opava“.
