Assessment of economic growth and proposal of financial strategy for BESSERGOLD Holding a.s.

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit ekonomický vývoj podniku společnosti Bessergold Holding a.s., jejích dceřiných společností a navrhnout finanční strategii. Finanční analýza je provedena s cílem poskytnout informace o finančním zdraví společnosti, jak si stojí ve srovnání se svými konkurenty v odvětví a jaké jsou její největší silné a slabé stránky.Tato práce má za cíl pomoci vedení společnosti učinit nejlepší možná rozhodnutí s poznatky vyplývajícími z této práce a informovat společnost Bessergold na její slabá místa. K provedení této analýzy byla použita veřejná i interní data. Tato práce také předkládá doporučení pro společnost v nadcházejících letech. V teoretické části této práce jsou vysvětleny všechny analýzy, které jsou použity v praktické části, a to na základě renomovaných zdrojů. Analýzy použité pro praktickou část této bakalářské práce zahrnují analýzu absolutních ukazatelů, poměrových ukazatelů, EVA a pyramidových systémů ukazatelů. Všechny klíčové výsledky zkoumání jsou napsány v závěru na konci celé práce.

Abstract:

The main focus of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of the company Bessergold Holding a.s., its subsidiary companies and to propose a financial strategy for it. The Financial analysis is done to provide information about the financial health of the company, how does it compare to its rivals in the industry and what are its best strengths and weaknesses. This thesis is done to help the management of the company to make the best decisions they can with this information and learn the weaknesses the company has. Public data as well as internal data were used to conduct this analysis and explain the figures the analysis shows. This thesis also presents recommendations for the company in the coming years. All analysis that is conducted in the practical part is explained with reputable sources in the theoretical part. The analysis used for the practical part of this bachelor thesis were the analysis of absolute indicators, ratio indicators, EVA and pyramid systems of indicators. All key takeaways are written in the conclusion at the end of the whole thesis.
