Outsourcing & Innovation Management within Small and Middle Enterprise Sector

Abstract:

V posledních letech se na trh dostávají stále více flexibilnější a dostupnější služby, které začínají být atraktivní i pro firmy z kategorie malého a středního podnikání. Dostupnost těchto služeb je podpořena novými informačními a komunikačními technologiemi. Tyto technologie jsou založeny na internetu, který se stal fenoménem současné doby. V této bakalářské práci jsou porovnány varianty a metody jakým způsobem je vhodné postupovat při inovaci informačních systémů a technologií. Důraz je kladen na řízení tohoto procesu. Podrobněji se práce věnuje outsourcingu jako variantě vhodné pro prostředí malých a středních firem. Upozorňuje se zde na možná úskalí a problémy při přechodu na tuto službu. Na příkladu případové studie změny telekomunikačních služeb je ukázán inovativní přístup při řešení problematiky pomocí kombinace využití služeb outsourcingu a pronájmu technologické infrastruktury.

Abstract:

In the recent years we can see more and more flexible and available services coming to the market. These services start to be available even for small or medium-sized business. Availability of these services is supported with new information and communication technologies. These technologies are based on using the Internet which has become a phenomenon of today’s life. This bachelor’s work compares possibilities and methods of how to deal with innovation of information systems and technologies. It emphasizes the management of this process. More detailed the work looks at Outsourcing as a suitable option for the small or medium-sized company. Attention is paid also to possible obstacles and problems during the transition to outsourcing. Using an case study of changing telecommunication services, the work demonstrates an innovative approach to the solutions of these problems with the help of both using the outsourcing services and renting the technological infrastructure.
